RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT

This Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on {{CURRENT_DATE}}, by and between:

The Landlord agrees to lease to the Tenant the premises located at {{UNIT_NAME}} within {{PROPERTY_NAME}} (the "Premises").

The lease term shall commence on {{START_DATE}} and shall continue until {{END_DATE}}.

The Tenant agrees to pay monthly rent of {{RENT_AMOUNT}}. Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

The Tenant has deposited the sum of {{DEPOSIT_AMOUNT}} as a security for the performance of the Tenant's obligations under this Agreement.

The Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of all utilities including electricity, water, and internet, unless otherwise stated.

The Tenant shall keep the Premises in a clean and sanitary condition and shall immediately notify the Landlord of any damage or required repairs.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party giving {{NOTICE_PERIOD}} written notice.
